Message: I came unannounced with my 2018 4runner that had a tire losing air. They took my vehicle in immediately, were professional and respectful and found a finish nail in the tire. They repaired it with with a plug, set all my tires to the proper air and even cleaned my tires. Thank you all for a great job.

Message: I called about 9:00 in the morning and got an appointment to have my oil change that same day at 1:00 p. m. . They told me it would take about 45 minutes, but I was out of there in less than 30. Very friendly staff and good service. No complaints here.

Message: Big O tires, I have no words. Stuck in snow freezing weather, no money and a blow out. I had warranty on my tire but they didn't have in stocks. These guys found a way get me back on the road and to a store 50 miles away for right size tire. They made it work and free of charge. To say thank you isn't enough. Your amazing Big O.
